If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your Loocam product within 90 days of the delivery, you may return the product to Loocam for your money back. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fees. Please note the that the original shipping fees (if applicable) are not refundable.

5. Loocam Product Limited Warranty
Loocam Technology LLC. (“Loocam”) authorizes to the original purchaser (the “Purchaser”) only that this Loocam branded product (the “Product”), if installed and operated thereafter in adherence to the use and care guidelines provided in the instruction manual(s), shall be free from manufacturing defects in material and workmanship. This warranty is only available to Loocam Products contained in original Loocam factory packaging.
Duration of Warranty
The standard Loocam warranty guarantees the Product for one (1) year from the documented date of purchase. The purchase date must be documented with either an original sales receipt or invoice from the first retailer selling the Product. Alternatively, the purchase date may be documented by credit card receipt or statement.
Loocam’s obligations under the original one-year, extended two-year or extended three-year warranties are limited to, at Loocam’s discretion, the following:
- Repair of the Product found by Loocam to be defective; or
- Replace the part(s) or Product found by Loocam to be defective
- Refund of the Product
Any Product repaired or replaced by Loocam in adherence to this warranty shall be warranted to the Purchaser for the period equal to the unexpired portion of the Product’s warranty period.
Products may be repaired or replaced with new or re-certified Loocam products of the same or similar model(s) of the replaced Product, or of equal or superior quality.
Warranty Limitations, Exclusions & Disclaimers
This warranty is invalidated if non-Loocam accessories are or have been used in connection with the Product or if any modification or repair is made to the Product by any service or individual not authorized by Loocam.
This warranty does not apply to defects or damages to the Product caused by negligent use of the Product; misuse, abuse, neglect, alteration, repair or improper installation of the Product; electrical short circuits or transients; heat, humidity, moisture or temperatures beyond the product’s specifications; use of replacement parts not supplied by Loocam; improper Product maintenance; accident, fire, flood or other Acts of God.
This warranty does not cover data loss nor the costs related to data recovery. Loocam does not warranty that the software provided with the Product will function without interruption or otherwise be free of anomalies, errors or viruses.
Regardless of whether the Product is found by Loocam to be defective, this warranty does not cover any costs related to the removal, replacement nor installation of any Product.
This warranty does not cover any alteration or damage to any other software that may be or may become resident on the Purchaser’s system as a result of installing the software provided.
Loocam reserves the right to make changes to its products without incurring any obligation to modify any product that has been manufactured.
Loocam does not warrant that the Product or its software will operate with any other product or software except that which is indicated by Loocam. Loocam is not responsible for third party hardware or software which may affect the operation of the included Loocam software.
Repair or replacement as specified in this limited warranty is the exclusive remedy of the Purchaser. This warranty is in lieu of other warranties expressed or implied including, but not limited to any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular use or purpose. Loocam neither assumes nor authorizes any person to assume for it any other obligation or liability in connections with the sale or service of the Product. In no event shall Loocam be liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, special or consequential damages arising from the use of the Product or stemming from the malfunctioning or non-functioning Product, including, without limitation, loss of revenues or profits, failure to realize savings or other benefits and claims against the purchaser by any third person, even if Loocam has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Without limiting the aforementioned, Loocam does not make any claims or warranties of any kind regarding the Product’s potential, ability or effectiveness to prevent, minimize or in any way affect personal or property loss, damage or injury. Loocam is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft related to the Product or to its use for any harm, whether physical or mental related thereto. Any and all claims or statements, whether written or verbal by salespeople, retailers, dealers or distributors to the contrary are not authorized by Loocam and do not affect the provisions of this warranty.
Always use discretion when installing video and/or audio surveillance equipment, particularly when privacy is perceived. Adhere to the local, state/provincial and federal regulations applicable to the lawful installation of video and/or audio recording or surveillance. Party consent may be required.
Loocam’s warranty is valid only if the product is purchased, by the Purchaser, directly from Loocam or an authorized Loocam distributor.
The Purchaser may have other rights under state, provincial or federal laws and where the whole or any item of this warranty is prohibited by such laws, it shall be deemed null and void. The remainder of this warranty shall remain in effect.
By keeping this Product, you agree to the terms of this Limited Warranty without objection or addition, and agree that binding arbitration shall be your sole remedy for any disputes over any elements of this Limited Warranty and waive any right to pursue joint, collective or class claims in any form with respect to the Product, your purchase of the Product, this Limited Warranty and Loocam.
Should the Product require service in adherence to this warranty, the Purchaser must provide Loocam with a copy of proof of purchase in the form of an original dated bill of sale, receipt or invoice. Alternatively, a dated credit card receipt or statement may be used in lieu of an original dated bill of sale, receipt or invoice. Loocam will not provide nor perform any of its obligations without the required documentation as stated above.

If returning the Product to Loocam, you must obtain a Return Authorization number and you must assume the risk of damage or loss during shipment. You must use the original packaging or the equivalent and you must pay for shipping. Loocam will cover the cost of shipping the replacement product back to you.
Limited Technical Support
This Loocam limited warranty covers one (1) year of telephone technical support. Product registration is mandatory prior to obtaining technical support. After the warranty period has expired, technical support is available at the discretion of Loocam.
