Download the LooCloud App for iPhone and Android if any of the following is true:

When you power on your DVR, the startup Wizard displays the Loocam App Icon: 
    Check the bottom panel of your DVR for its product model number. If the number model number contains any five numbers-- example: 88030--

      Download the Looam App for iPhone and Android if any of the following is true:

      When you power on your DVR, the startup Wizard displays the Loocam App Icon: Loocam App Icon
      Check the bottom panel of your DVR for its product model number. If the number ends with a "T" -- example: 88030T --
